Tuesday nights practice was why I love coaching with the Royals. As I mentioned in the huddle, practice was outstanding! The excitement and “JUICE” flowing from both the players and coaches was incredible. Even in weather most wouldn’t play in, WE got through the practice plan with no complaints. I think we all got much better last night, and I believe the ideas are beginning to sink in. As a coach, I could not ask more from a group a guys and coaches. How abut that Dylan D’Alesio! This young man, in just a few practices, was holding is own. As did all the Royals – Thank you.

With that being said, We need the same outcome TONIGHT. This is how we get better and continue our success to becoming better players and coaches. So bring your water and that same enthusiasm and Ill see you all tonight.

Also just wanted to send a thank you to the players parents for bringing out drinks and Popsicle’s for the boys, and for all the parents that braved the heat with us as well. Thursday looks like it’s going to be roughly the same, but i look forward to seeing everyone there.
